Please note: The unit accommodates up to 2 adults and 2 children; construction on a neighboring building (April–November 2025) may bring some daytime noise and visible activity, but municipal work-hour restrictions help preserve quieter evenings and weekends for family relaxation.

The riverfront setting provides a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing or festival hopping. If visiting in summer 2025, be aware of limited onsite parking (street permits available by request) and intermittent construction activity next door during daytime hours, but all town amenities remain fully accessible.

Important Information
Construction and Maintenance Notices
- Viking Lodge HOA has a planned roof replacement for the adjacent building (A). Work will start April 15th 2025 - completion date November 14th 2025. There will be equipment and contractors visible around the property throughout the summer. Intermittent construction noise is anticipated.
- Town of Telluride municipal code requires construction noise is limited to the hours of 8am-6pm M-F & 9am-6pm on Saturday.
- In May 2025, the HOA voted to approve a pool/hot tub improvement project to commence work on June 23. Work is scheduled to last seven to eight weeks. The pool and hot tub will not be available during this time.
- Lodging In Telluride does not manage pool/hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay.
